Throughout the years, the building industry has honored Titan Custom Homes with some of the most prestigious awards and distinctions given by the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA). In October 2006, Titan Custom Homes was awarded the distinction of building its Grande Cypress model as the CBIA’s 2006 Showcase Home for the Parade of Homes. In April 2006, a Sand Dollar Award was given to the Granada Model, named Best Product Design, $1.25 million to $1.75 million. Titan Custom Homes was awarded two 2002 Sand Dollar Awards. The Cabriolet model in Dover Place at Briarwood was named Product Design of the Year, Attached Dwelling under $200,000 and the Villa del Sol, Product Design of the Year - Single Family Home $700,001 to $900,000. In 2001, Titan Custom Homes was selected by the CBIA to build its annual Showcase Home for an unprecedented second time. Titan's first Showcase Home, The Crown Courtyard, built in 1997 also won the Sand Dollar Award for Best Single Family Home under $600,000. During the 2000 CBIA Parade of Homes held in Olde Cypress, Titan Custom Homes garnered 10 "Best" product awards as well as the Grand Award for Best in Parade.
